Improv Workshops and Classes
Have you ever wanted to do improv? We have just the thing for you! Stick Horses in Pants regularly offer drop-ins, workshops, and classes!
Improv has been proven to help relieve anxiety. Through controlled exposure to certain fears in a safe, comfortable, and fun environment, students learn that failure is a normal part of life and learning. From the beginning, we will create a judgement-free space of acceptance. Students will never be pressured to do any games or exercises that make them feel too anxious. The focus will be on collaboration and living in the moment. Anxiety comes from a focus on a fear of what could happen. Learning to live in the present and practicing that skill helps students to let go of many of their fears.
