Jared HJared Harparp Jared on facebook

Jared Harp, a co-founder of Stick Horses, finds joy in numbers and colors dating back to his Sesame Street days growing up.  Jared sits up at night in his bunk bed calculating problems and dreaming up solutions. One problem he still hasn’t solved is his orange tinted skin from tan-in-a-can, although he still insists on wearing shorts all the time. He’s always thinking about amazing ways to save the world while he runs marathons and rescues children from deep wells.

Kevin Schroeder lives life big, like a rock star. He developed an addiction to butterscotch lifesavers during his early adult years in Ohio. The low point of his rock star life came when he robbed a pharmacy for the buttery candy. He turned his life around by following his dream to become a professional dancer.  He toured the country dancing and preaching to kids to stay in school. His van ran out of gas and he now lives here in Colorado Springs.

Lacey Maynard

Lacey MaynardLacey on Facebook

Lacey Maynard was known as the girl who passed notes in class as she grew up in Arizona. Whether it was playing MASH with her girlfriends or telling boys they stink, she always had pencil and paper ready. In her early twenties, she took a trip to Mardi Gras. There she got into a street fight with the Vice President (two to be precise…Lacey isn’t affiliated with any political party and wanted to prove it). The government then relocated her to live in Colorado with her son, Ethan. Now, Lacey spends three hours a day flexing and talking to her “guns.”

Toby Lorenc, like most men, secretly enjoys being pampered and gardening.  He combines these guilty pleasures by getting regular pedicures and having his toe nails cut with a weed whacker.  He aspires to become an interior decorator using only snow globes, as inspired by the snow-capped mountains of his native Colorado.  When Toby is not jumping on his grandma’s bouncy couch, he’s keeping his dog Kona off of Granny’s padded toilet seat or listening to the Techno version of The Sound of Music.
